Glue runs automations between apps you connect. This policy explains how we handle your information.

Data we access and use

We process your account details, connected account credentials, automation code, events, and logs to provide and secure Glue, run your automations, and provide support.

When you connect Google, we access only the data covered by the permissions you approve. Depending on your automation, this may include your name and email address, Gmail messages and metadata, Drive files, and spreadsheet content. We use this data to run the automations you configure.

Sharing and Google data

We share data with service providers needed to operate Glue and with services your automations are configured to use. We may also disclose data as required by law or for security purposes.

Glue's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. Human access to Google data is limited to your consent, security needs, legal obligations, or permitted internal use of aggregated data.

Storage and deletion

We store account connections, credentials, code, events, and logs as needed to provide Glue. We retain information for service operation and applicable legal and security needs. Avoid placing sensitive data in automation logs.

You can stop your automations and remove connected accounts with glue accounts delete after stopping Glues that use them. You can revoke Google access in your Google Account settings. Revoking access does not erase previously stored data.

To request deletion of your account or stored data, or ask a privacy question, email support@glue.wtf. We may verify your identity and retain records required for legal or security purposes.

Changes

We will update this page and notify you of material changes. We will request consent before using Google data for a new purpose when required.
